PAYMENT:
Currently we only ship to Paypal Confirmed addresses you you pay with Paypal.
SHIPPING:
All domestic orders will ship out via FedEx Ground & all International orders will ship out via USPS within 5 business days of purchase. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns on parishable items or on used items. We will accept returns on unused non-perishable items. In the case of a defective item, contact us and we will either take a return or have equipment fixed, at our discretion.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to initiate a return and receive an RMA #. Buyers will pay return shipping costs. All returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be processed without an RMA # so do not send an item back without contacting us.
WARRANTY:
Printers are under a limited 6 months manufacturers warranty. Warranty only valid within the continental US.
Warranty note for customers not in the Continental US:
We still guarentee our printers. If there is a problem while you are still under warranty simply contact us and we'll arrange to have you ship it back to us and we'll either fix it or send you a new one, you just pay the freight.
